At Pit Stop USA, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your racing gear and performance parts. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our returns department.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
