Keyser Right Side Lower Control Arm - Black - Screw-In Ball Joint - Chevy Chevelle
Product Description:
At Keyser Manufacturing, our commitment to engineering and developing new products is reflected in the wide range of fabricated items we produce for the manufacturing and retail industries. From simple to complex fabrication – we can do that!
Manufacturing
Not only are we one of the largest manufacturers of race car parts in the United States but we also build and manufacture parts for everyday companies just like yours. Here at Keyser Manufacturing in Coopersville Michigan we fabricate, weld, machine, assemble, punch, cut, form and bend virtually all different parts for all different industries, Including: Automotive, tool & die, chemical, transportation, craft production, industrial equipment, shipping, government & many more.
Powder Coating
Why use a powder coating finish?
Powder coating offers a consistent finish and appearance with no drip marks or other surface irregularities. It resists chipping, cracking, and peeling and is incredibly abrasion, corrosion, and chemical resistant. This process is long lasting, durable and virtually maintenance free and environmentally friendly. It applies value-added touches to many steel and aluminum components.
Our in-house engineering team is available to design your custom parts, and customer CAD files can also be imported directly to our software. We assure an accurate, high quality product every time, with the shortest possible lead times.
Machine specifications:
• Sheet sizes up to 60†x 120â€
• Max. workpiece weight: 2050 lbs.
• Repeatable accuracy: ± .00039
Material capabilities up to:
• 3/4†High carbon steel
• 3/8†Stainless steel
• 1/4†Aluminum
We have experience in rolling and forming many different materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel for your short or long run production needs. We offer cost effective, consistent, and high quality parts.
Turet Stamping
We have experience in punching many different materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel for your short or long run production needs.
• 20 Station – 3 Auto Index
• 40 x 50 Work Area with Auto Re-positioning for Larger Work Space
• CAD/CAM Software
a precise finished product with a quick turnaround time.
The WaterJet is considered to be “green technologyâ€.
The Waterjet Features:
• The latest in dynamic cutting technology with a high velocity water
jet stream to cut material with precision accuracy.
• Unlike other cutting processes, the waterjet produces no heat
damage to the product’s surfaces or edges.
We can cut:
• All metal alloys
• Rubber
• Foam
• Composites
• Stone
• Ceramic
• Tile
• Material up to 6†thick and sheet sizes of 6’ x 12’.
• Paper and much more!
Robotic welding dramatically improves cycle times and consistency/repeatability, allowing for faster delivery on larger production jobs. Robotic welding also features the flexibility to handle a variety of applications.
TIG Welding
The TIG welding process is used when high quality, precision welding is required. It is most often used on aluminum and/or thinner materials.
MIG Welding
We offer a minimum of ten active MIG welding cells with in-house fixture capabilities.
